Japanese Ecu Translations

Hi. I recently bought an ecu that had been tuned but the 3 pages of ecu tuning specs are in Japanese.

Could anyone kindly translate as I have no idea what I'm reading?

I am happy to do small bits and pieces here and there for people but 3 pages of what will probably be highly technical language? With the possibility of getting the blame if the engine blows up when being tuned? For no renumeration at all? And you didn't even provide good scans in the post? No offence meant but it is a bit too much of an ask.

I have had a try along with every other translation app/site, cheers appreciate it but the translations don't make any sense lol
