Just a small update for those waiting.

The badges that im trying to get manufactured are the 'Club GTS' type as in Funky's photo area (without the club bit). I should have some prices in the next week or so.

Sorry Shan, I borrowed the pic from you, I hope this is ok.

Still waiting unfortuntatly. The contact in Japan is on holiday at the moment and its making it difficult to contact him. I don't know about you, but I'd rather wait for a professional design of the badges with dimensions and such. Rather than just show the badge manuacture the pic and say 'do your best!'

i'm not ignoring you ya bum... I sent you a pm saying the dude that made it hasn't gotten back to me, and I might just make one for you... but I dunno how you'll go about converting a flat design to an emblem.

Ah yeh, I got that PM but that was a few months ago now. Sent you another one recently didn't get a reply on that... anyways thats what I was talking about. But yeh with a detailed diagram and a normal GTR badge they might be able to get the idea on how the badge will look.

    • Hopefully you can just unbolt them, thank them for their service, then bin them and not replace them Apparently the sensors like to set them off with only minor impacts at low speed It looks like they do a delete kit for some of these, but, it is costly

    • Yup. 2-way with shallow ramp angles. Still works.
    • That was the first session so not a lot to take from the day. It was low 20s ambient and the coolant had got to 110 (and obviously had some pressure!) so that still needs to be addressed. I haven't downloaded the data yet but will. I had refilled the auto trans with Redline DT6 because it claimed the best viscosity I could find at 100o. It wasn't really long enough to get a good feel for that; while the trans got to 100o in the session it still wasn't shifting crisply as I hoped. I think I'll try a few more sessions before judging. No steering motor overheat but I'd hope not in only 1 session! But finally the suspension; it was night and day over the standard stuff and the car was a couple of seconds quicker on the same crappy tyres, which is a huge difference. I'll stick with that and get some sway bars and a mechanical diff sorted too and see how that all goes together
