10.5-11, not the best idea for a 32 mate :(

Would grip awesome though, mine has the Z221s in 265/35/18 to give you an idea from your ride at SMSP

damn didnt realilse u were running z22, car was on rails thru the corners, i was being ambitious with the size on offer :-)

Yeah those Z221s are awesome and the A050s are suppose to be even better, these should fit ok under a 33-34 GTR with the right offset wheel, but I wouldn't like to put them on the front of an unmodified 32 GTR :(

Nesh, 265/35/18s would be plenty enough for your car

I see you got down to a 1.07.39, nice

I'm running 285/35 on my 18x10.5+18 and i struggled to full lock to the left as the driver side tyre was rubbing the splash guard and made a horrible noise when i full locked, so DIY'd and cut a small square where it was rubbing, just putting it out there incase there were people out there with same or similar specs to my wheels who wanted to purchase this so they're aware of a potential issue =]

gentlemen i had them on my r32 gtr on 18x10.5 +15 with 2deg camber on front with rolled guards

wongy you will never need full lock on the race track full lock will only be used when reversing or parking

i have done a 60.9 around wakefeild park wuth the AO50's i personally prefer the z221's but both are awesome

but cant use z221's for wtac

yea, i understand that, but incase someone has a street/track car like me, lol, i don't track mine all the time, but when i don't, i enjoy a drive here and there and it requires me to full lock when parking, and it started making noises abit before full lock, so i'd imagine 295 to start making noise much earlier than full lock, just a warning thats all :)

I can't comment on the A050s but the Z221s are street legal, they have the DOT rating and wear indicators

That is the Z222 RS3 tyre, the Z221 says Competition use only...

Mine say "not recommended for street use" but still have the DOT approval :/

Either way they are not a tyre that you would want to use on the street! They are the best tyre i have driven on in terms of grip, with the 295/30 size they would offer amazing grip!

Possible offer coming soon :whistling:

    • KW only offers a set for the R32 GTR. Popular options are D2 racing, Ksport or Öhlins. I have a D2 Racing coilover set, though I don't know for sure which one.
    • Well, the good news is you have more than one very good option for new coilovers in and around your country. Worth the drive over to KW to talk about GTR stuff.
    • Fair enough, I am in no way a tire expert so I'm not familiar with all the terms and conditions. I'll definitely note down the AD09 to potentially try in the future. Rain is not too big of a concern for now as I will probably only drive in the rain when I have to. And considering I still lack experience driving the GTR I'd more than likely take it easy too. I have coilovers in the car but as I barely got to drive so far I never bothered to even check if they are adjustable haha. The suspension is almost entirely old and worn as well so I suppose when I eventually fix that in the future that would make a huge difference.
    • There's not a great deal to report here .... except ...... FOR .... LSD!!!  I bought a Quaife LSD from the UK and shipped it here .... Wish I'd just bought locally cause the shipping and duty was $700! But there were so many diffs used in the E90s I just wanted to be absolutely certain I was getting the right one so I spoke with a supplier in the UK who builds race cars and they have heaps of experience with the E90s.  I pulled the diff out which was seriously awesome - I've never done anything like that before, I must have watched 1000 videos on YT about it as well as consulting the Bentley manual. It was super easy in the end. The diff was delivered to the awesome folks at Hornsby Diffs and will be back in a few weeks. I also replaced the diff bushings with some Nolathane ones.  Really looking forward to getting it back and getting back to the track or even the skidpan.
    • yeah... the 13kg/mm springs weren't always in there, I had 10kg/mm but doing a few SMSP commanded heavier front springs. It's so good now going into T1 and T2, just need more seat time and real tyres.
