Is anyone free tonight to come inspect a gtr I'm buying tonight in wetherill park.

Just need an experienced person to look over the car

I would lend a hand but I have a game on tonight.

I would generally look out for the following:

R32 body specific:

Rust in rear quarters, rust underneath the floor pan in the driver and passenger foot well, rust on the chassis rail underneath the brake booster from previous untreated brake booster leaks, inner front wheel arch rust along the strut tower.

Driveline:

Check HICAS ball joints in rear knuckle. If you cant jack the car up from the rear end to check for play in the rear wheel, a slight knocking sound from the rear end over bumps and sketchy steering on load is a tell tale sign.

Plus the general stuff that a 20+ yr old car comes with =)
