What to use in R33 Diff redline light weight or heavy weight?

Hey fellows searched for it but could not find the answer. What does evryone recommend for the diff light or heavy? looking at the specs of oil on the redline site heavy weight is meant to equal 75-90w.

Use heavy for your diff.

Light for your gearbox.
