I've noticed my lower blitz intercooler pipework is what scrapes my driveway and its wearing through the silicon hose. As such I need to replace it before it cuts right through. The problem is im not exactly sure what size to buy to replace it.

The blitz website says the Intercooler core outlet is 70mm

I checked and the intercooler pipework outer diameter is around 68mm, while the hose outer diameter is around 75mm

My confusion is where products are listed as being, eg 2.5 inch, 2.75 inch etc , is this outer or inner diameter they are quoting? Not sure what size will fit.

ideas?

Well if you measure your hose internal and external diameter and you get, for example, 3.02" and 2.99", then its fairly safe to say its a 3" hose

The external diameter of the outlet is usually close to the hose size. 68mm is 2.662" so if you were measuring the bead then I would say 2.5" hose would fit

Are the pipes out of the cooler tanks this size or was that cooler pipes?

that was the IC pipework. I didn't want to mess around taking it apart before I has the replacement hose, but if it looks like a 2.5inch would fit, I guess that's what ill order
