M35 Stagea P-plate Status Vic

[F]irst time poster, long time lurker please be gentle.

Okay nah seriously I've been looking at these two M35's up for sale but I'm unsure as to whether I'm allowed to drive them in Victoria.

On the carsales page the Axis says it's P plate legal but the AR-X Four isn't. They're both running the VQ35DET and roughly weigh about the same, so is this just an error on carsales and that both of them are banned.
I've checked the redbook page and it says they're both banned. I'm real keen on getting a Stagea but confused as to their legality for P Platers.

They are vq25det not 35. But you are correct they both have the same motor and weight. my guess is that car sales is incorrect and that they are not legal

Ive had my stagea for 4-5 years and never beel pulled over by the cops. But in the respect i dont have p plates on. I thought it was a power to weight ratio unless its changed.
