Identify This Lip

I found this picture of what looks like a series 1 type front lip but I can't seem to find them anywhere. Does anyone know what this one is? Or if another cars front lip will fit with minor adjusting?

if my front lip wasnt already fairly low Id be doing this to see how it fits, or atleast find a random E60 M5 to measure it up
