I think they will know she has been let down and would help her out if he continues with them, however I've never been there so I don't really know if they are that sort of business.

After living in Japan I've gotten used to being disappointed by poor service in Australia and usually just go elsewhere even though its prob not much better

Sounds as bad as telstra making us wait 8 weeks to get someone here to connect the phone line so we can have internet. about another 10 days to go

I know how you feel lol. When we moved offices....8 weeks. So we bought a 4g modem and used Vodafone. Was so fast now I wished we couldn't get adsl2 here lol
