What injector sleeves & o rings do I use for the PNT PERFORMANCE JUN STYLE PLENUM and standard injectors for Rb25det neo

Have you measured the injector boss hole size? I'm not familiar with the Jun plenum but if it's made for the RB25 Neo it should be a standard 14/15mm seal. If it is made for a series one or series two RB25 they came out with a much larger sized seal for the side feed injectors. There are fuel rail kits from various brands (Race Works for eg) that come with adaptor collars to convert the manifold from side feed to top feed setup, just make sure you get one with the correct top seal size (can be 11m or 14mm normally)

Okay thanks

Okay so I just finished installing the plenum in my 34 it's running mint not missing a beat but it has the check engine, traction control off and slip error codes on the dash but it runs and drives fine do they just need to be cleared with the next tune ? Is it a tuner thing it is my car having issues ??

Ah.  It's an R34.  OK, so you have a traction control CU somewhere in the car that is not happy that you have removed the TCS throttle and TCS throttle position sensor.  I was thinking that the codes were coming from the ECU, but if you have a PFC then that will give no f**k.  But the TCS CU will.  You can't have TCS if you remove the throttle for it, so you might as well find the TCS CU and pull it out.

I suggested Nistune because when you transplant a Neo into an older car with the TCS CU and so on in the car, the ECU chucks a wobbly and puts the code up.  Nistune allows you to mask those codes.  But in your case, it's the other way around.

Okay thanks for the help you wouldn't know where the tcs cu is in an r34 gtt? I'll have a google also

Nope.  Google will be your friend.  I've never cared where it is in cars other than mine and thankfully, mine never had one!

Okay no worries I've tried googling it but couldn't find anything
Can't with a changed throttle body.

Remove globes

Or.

Install original throttle body

Or.

Stare at always-on globe

Those are the options.

    • You still want a proper tune on the stock ECU though. Stock tune + stock ECU with GT-SS/-9s is probably playing with fire if you're running more than stock airflow/power.

    • Definitely a hearty eater when we go out, I consider these meals my cheat day as I've been watching my calories in and calories out pretty hard since my little fun size stroke, I've gone from a fat boy of 89 Kg, I'm only 165cm tall/short, down to a almost semi lean 73 Kg over the last few years, I'm currently around 17% body fat which my doctor is very happy with, but, my goal is to slowly get down to and maintain 15%,so yeah, I want all of the protein, carbs, fats and sugars when I go out for a binge
    • There was a great one on Victoria Rd in Gladesville too back in the day. I can only assume GTSBoy is thinking of the mill up on the wollondilly, no restaurant there any more but they have restored the original steam engine on site and run it every few months, have an annual steampunk festival etc @The Bogan, you came to the wrong town for restaurants. we have a few reasonable asian and indian options but the Paragon is as good as it gets otherwise. That brewery is apparently just opened, been meaning to give it a go some time. The Highlands have plenty of fancy options but I suspect you are more a hearty eater than fancy eater
