G'day guys better introduce myself

My name is Matt I'm based in Traralgon Victoria Aus just bought my first m35 stagea awd v6 turbo and loving it it's a great car!!!!

Couple of questions about it is 

How has everyone gone about after market headunits with factory Bose system

My stagea has a panasonic screen turns on but doesn't display anything just seeing if it's fixable or a lost cause or even worth it and if I was to pull it out is it integral to the car 

My speedo is out my local tyre fitter believes the tyres that have been put on are incorrect and rolling diameter is 12mm out tyre size is 235/40 r18

And I have a random clunk only when exiting or entering a driveway sounds like it's from the rhf is this a common issue amongst stagea owners
