Can someone please tell me what this lose pipe is?

Trying to find an oil leak and saw a dangling pipe..  runs under the passenger carpet but cbf pulling it all up what's it for and where does it go?

Looks like rear windscreen washer tube to me, it runs under the carpet

Yep clear hose like that of that size will normally be for a rear wipers squirter 

maybe a previous owner disconnected it perhaps
