M35 Stagea Roof Rail Removal?

Hi,

I looking to wrap my roof in vinyl. I was wondering how to remove the roof rails?

For what I can gather, there is a couple of pop-off clip along the rail and a sliding clip in the back. It seems the sliding clip needs to be push towards the front of the car to unclip. Can anyone comfirm?

2005 Stagea ARX by the way.

jump onto jp-carparts or partsouq and check the catalogue, it might have an exploded diagram and you could figure out how it's attached.

Thanks. Ive been looking at the catalogue on partsouq and the jdm workshop,even with those it's not clear how the rails are removed.
