Sr20 clutch problems

I have recently replaced my throw out bearing through a mechanic as it was obviously bad ( made the sounds ) however, after the new one was put in the sound continued ( only occurring when clutch pedal is pushed in). the previous throw out bearing was completely seized. the mechanic noted that the clutch was a twin plate and of high quality but was unsure of the brand. they were unsure why iot continued to make the sound. could this be something else, i was considering  replacing the clutch assembly completely.

If you're sure it's not the normal twin plate rattle sound, gearbox input shaft bearing is probably gone
