Ok, on the way home from work i filled $20 worth of BP what ever...

And the car is running so shit. Im considering draining the stuff and using it as weed killer... Im serious i cant believe how bad it makes the car run... But then again it was tuned on Mobile....

Be careful with the BP stuff, even in metro sydney some servos have premium (95) instead of ultimate (98).

My car has been tuned on optimax, I have a shell card, so I have to go to shell.. car runs great, no hassles at all

I run mine on Synergy 8000, mainly because I have a Mobil card, but I've found it better than Optimax. A friend has a R34 GT-R (the 'Weekend Racer' from Autospeed) - Optimax used to leave a stain across the back of the car, switched to Mobil, no more stain.

I was on Optimax, but BP is the goods. Never liked Mobil.

Having read this thread, it seems that BP Ultimate is possibly the way to go and given we don't have Shell Optimax here in Perth, the choice is narrow.

Anyways, my question is what happens if ordinary PULP is used instead of higher octane ULP? Is it just a loss of power or can it cause engine damage?

You cant be seen in BP..... You should be at shell...

Then agian BP green plus your yella car makes me glad to be an Aussie... LOL
