-Joel- Love your sig.

Okay guys.

I have a couple of things to mention.

Due to the possible variations in models between Ceffys, Stageas and the like, I will have to say the following. I will be making up pipes for three types of car. R32, R33 and R34 SKYLINES, but as some people have said, they should also be the same for the Stageas and Ceffys of the same year. R31 Skylines should be the same too.... BUT when I do make them up, and you get them and they require slight modification or whatever, then that's life.

Also, and I mean no offence by this, but please don't ask me for custom versions with different fitting or sizes or the like. Organising this rather large group buy (About 30 people in the second day!!!) is going to be logistically hard enough as it is without having to make custom versions.

What I will do howver (Cos I'm a nice guy and I understand some peoples cars are going to be different), is for those who need something slightly different is to supply the pipe without BOV and PCV fittings welded on, and you can place them where ever you like. Just get somebody to weld them on for you.

For he who would like the pipe a little longer, I can add to the standard pipe later, but this will be an extra fabricated section and something we can work out once all the pipes are made.

The closer these things are to identical, the better it's going to be.

I hope this is all okay.

BASS OUT

(I think this might end up being the biggest group buy of a single item yet!!)

Hi Bass, I'm definately in for one !! R32 GTS-T RB20DET with the BOV and Breather pipes ( same style as stock one ) and black if colour is available.

Cheers :)

erik.

Once we are in the final stages of the project, I will be able to offer a powdercoating option on the ducts.

Probably the best colour will be a matt black. Nice and stealth.

Mine will definently be black.

Also, you might be able to specify a silicone colour, either red blue or black.

Black would be the best colour though.

do you have a firm price on them yet ???

cheers

Pete, I was down for this before you posted it ;)

Count me in for a black pipe / duct with black hoses and anything else that can be black...do they make black clamps? :) j/k

Cheers!

Good Choice going with the black piping as it stays MUCH cooler then a polished pipe.

I don't understand, how come my black car gets much hotter is summer than my white car? :cooldance

count me in for one if  you know if you can adapt the inlet to accomadate for a z32 afm?

There is no difference, R32, R33 and Z32 AFM's are all 80 mm. :D

I got the pics, can't see a lot, but I can see where the BOV and PCV valve come in.

thanks for the pic.

It should be helpful.

    • Don't even try to run it on the stock ECU if you're going to have the boost controller bring boost above ~10 psi. I've already told you that. If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.
    • Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler
    • Can you clarify what you mean by boost cut, do you mean it misfires both when under load (driving) and when stationary and out of gear? Or does the ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high (boost control issue)? Does it occur at idle with no throttle? When you say "the ECU is OK", what ECU is it and why do you think it is OK? Have you used the NEO ECU, and if so do you have a MAP sensor attached? Same for the AFM, why do you think it is OK? Do you have any way to put a fuel pressure gauge on it (even just a mechanical one between the fuel filter and fuel rail)?
    • Hi.. Just another problem. So maybe you can help. I(my mechanic) done swap from my RB20DE NEO to RB25DET NEO. Everything is OK but we have a boost cut. Coils/Plugs are ok...AFM is ok. ECU is ok. I have Walbro 255 but it "changed" sound few months ago(you can hear it ouside) you did not hear that when it was new(maybe faulty?) Sooo...what now? What can cause this boost cut? It is even when you standing still...
