ummm tune is rich but afr's drop pretty smoothly to 10:1 as hits full boost and sit pretty flat..... surprisingly good tune even though richish one. I was down in bris and goldy two weekends ago but don't go down there much :D Went to mercury motorsports thing... woulda put it on the dyno but 50bucks is a lot for a dyno run :)

Pics sent to all

knore -> the piggyback computer uses a maf or map sensor as far as i know in place of the less accurate and more restrictive afm. Not sure what type exactly however.

Jamie

knore-> dont know how the safc2 will go as it has a lot less point on the map to adjust whereas the piggyback i have has quite a lot of adjustment points.

rb20zed-> i tried to email you but i kept getting messages back saying the mail was undeliverable. do you have another email address you can pm me? Yeah as long as i recieved funds before the car left and you paid for the transport i would be ok with sending it to wa.

Jamie

hey mate are there any major scratches or anythin wrong with the car at all cant tell by those pics as they are very blurry if you wouldnt mind taking some better ones of both sides of the car and the full front that would be great. are they bugs on the front of the car?

otherwise looks good

Yeah they are bugs.... haven't washed the car for probably 3 months(i'm not kidding)..... i'll take some pics tomorrow.

Nothing wrong with the car besides the current front bar being "customised" but i'll replace it if sell for the asking price otherwise i can take the cost of new one and paint($600) off the asking price.

is there any stereo or anythin in the car, stains, lifting dash ect lol as i cant see it in reali life its things i would look for :> seeing as i would have to get the car reregistered over here would you be interested in handing in the plates on purchase and taking the money you got back off the car?

no stereo.... no stains no lifting on the trim etc interior is like new except glove box is removed(still have it) and metal plate where stereo and that is so switches and rev limiter are mounted on it. No wear on steering wheel or gear boot and seats. I would deregister car if you wanted but probly wouldn't get much back as in qld think they round it off a lot.

ah fair nuff will you put all the glove box together ect for the sale and is there any interior trim missing. also is the original seat thrown in with the car aswell? also anythin such as the air con missing or anythin like that??? (sorry for the many questions as im over in perth its very hard to inspect a car over there :>)

no sorry i don't know how to put the glove box back in but it will go with the car as will the three near new hks clutch plates i removed to change for the two carbon ones 3 months ago and straight through cat replacement pipe. The original seat doesn't come with the car. I do not have it. Everything is intact still has aircon which works, power steering, abs everything.... it's not a stripped out drag only car more of street drag car.

    • Absolute f*cking nightmare. I had to take breaks constantly, and I was always pissed off when I got home. The line split in Italy on day 2 (we drove from the Netherlands), lol. Driving any narrow European town was... well, sh*t.   Appreciate it man. Here, I'll just drop a favourite from the load I took on Saturday.   I'll update here when things happen with the car, the thing is, with stock power and almost everything chassis-wise taken care of, there really are no problems. 268,000kms now and counting.
    • Ah! I actually managed to snag a lightly used set.... that aren't so suitable for me right now. They don't work on a GTT without some cutting or creative heat moulding. I thought about reselling them myself cause I didn't want to murder them, but it looks like I'm probably going to attempt to murder them/melt them because I may as well. @GTSBoy @PranK can somebody close this thread?
    • Hey mate,  I have a set, one is slightly damaged but wont be noticable once installed.  Shoot me a message if your still after them
    • I couldn't wait But, the black constant tension hose clamps were too thick and there wasn't enough clearance at the T/B and I couldn't get it to seat properly, so I had use a silver one there I also added some 3" silicone over the alloy bit that goes through to hole on the radiator support as it looked like it was sitting on the edge of the hole in the radiator support, I never noticed a rattle or anything, but there was a witness mark It is basicly done, and I can live with the silver hose clamp at the T/B, I will get a black clamp for the head vent though where it is attached to the bulkhead fitting  It never stops...LOL, only issue now with the shock tower brace is it slightly touches the under bonnet liner now, if I leave it it will either wear some paint off the brace where it touches, or damage the liner, so I removed the liner to see what I have to work with, with the liner removed I have about 20mm of clearance, but sadly the middle part of the underside of the bonnet is only dusted with paint and looks crap, so I cannot have that, but.... as I have a roll of Carbuilders premium under bonnet insulation in the garage laying around that is only 5.5mm thick (we were going to use it on the boys Patrol, but he crashed the front of it a few months and it was written off, hence why he now drives my old Honda Accord Euro), I'll use the OEM liner as a template and get the Carbuilders stuff fitted up to cover that dusted paint up
