i currently have a 300zx 89' non-turbo

i was wondering weather or not i should get a twin turbo or get a different engine put in. i have heard that the zx engine TT isnt that good with the turbos. i dont care about the cost of the engine transfer but if you have a price please inform me.

TT 300zx have a real issue with temperature. Look at one and there's no breathing space. So if you do get a TT motor in there, get a bigger radiator.

There are plently of things that you can put into the 300ZX, my mates put in a twin turbo Supra engine (2JZGTE). It is never cheap to put a different engine in, usually worth buying a different car. Even if you put in a different engine you will have to think carfully as to whether the brakes and driveshafts will be able to handle to new power. Most NA cars have notoriously small brakes.

Other options is a Lexus V8, can be turboed, but will be more difficult to get it passed the pits.
