RB26 cams and springs into RB25

Hi i have heard mixed results on this and wanted to know if the RB26 cams and springs can be transfered straight into a RB25 head.

This has come up before and i if i recall correctly it wasnt worth it.

I wouldn't bother with the springs, and the cams without modification reduce available power below 4K so much it's also not woth it. I fitted them and got more power up top, but a huge loss down low.
