another update..

put some 'sistafoam' under the fibreglass, basically an expanding foam, gives it a bit more strength and will keep it all solid..

no pictures, but i put it in the sides which i havent glassed/bogged up yet :D

not to mention you can get just about any car panel in fibreglass now, ive never seen a 'saggy' fibreglass panel

neither have i, a mate of mine is a panel beater... i.e he works with fibreglass alot, its a hard substance once set.... how the hell can it sag :S lol

d/w about whoever said that mate, continue with ur project, i wanna see how it looks when ur done

not yet unfortunatley :) i was supposed to be on holidays last week, ended up working that week, and the weekend too...

hopefully, *hopefully* will have it done and painted soon, need to get front bar and new wider front fenders painted too... :D

black gel coated fibreglass at the moment.

nozila: those are the latest shots, unfortunately :blink:

been bogged down that much at work/other things, i had to work thru 4 days holiday i was supposed to have :)

however... im hoping very soon(pending work slows down...), ill have my new front fenders, front bar painted, bootlid flush and painted, and a new deisgn down the side... so dont give up on me just yet :P

oh wells, i guess u get what u pay for. LoL. U doing the spray job urself? or u payin to get it done? How much to pay to get it done? I'm new in aussie, so i'm not too sure of the prices here and such.

      Hi Everyone, I did 4.11 gears in my 34 GTR and only thing that remains is to fix the speedo reading (it reads about 15% higher) using the R33 GTR speedo sensor. Few questions:   1. Does the R33 speedo sensor fit right in to the 6sp getrag? I read it does but wanted to confirm because the speedo sensors between 33 and 34 look quite different   2. The connector on the 33 speedo sensor will not plug into the connector on the getrag. Do I just need to wire the pins together manually?  See pic: https://imgur.com/a/NTDzFe8

      If the slightly higher internal EGR caused by a high flow cat causes detonation your tuner was way, way, way too aggressive to begin with. Timing scatter is a problem unless you go to a crank trigger, winter vs summer blend has different octane, list goes on.

      The H1 Alpha with the 6.6 Duramax is basically the actual powerplant it needs to be remotely ok to drive on public roads. It's just not worth the cost to buy a real one. Humvees look cool but man the reality of them is depressing. Grunts aren't kind to them but they aren't that reliable either, they have horrible payload despite absolutely massive size, zero actual armor against mines/small arms, absolutely anemic naturally aspirated diesels, list goes on.
