I seen this done before ,aftermarket coils X6 mounted on firewall with leads going to sparkplugs.

How hard is this to do ,is it a matter of chopping the plugs off the loom(where it plugs onto standard coil pack )and rewiring it to the new aftermarket coil or is there something i am missing .

Also what is the best one s to buy and what model am i after?

for a rb20det eccs r32 gtst and i don't want splitfires as they take a few weeks from nengun plus could get stung with taxs and don't want to wait for group buys .

any help will be appreciated and pics would be a bonus

Do a search on Skylines Down Under. All their big power engines change to this cheap and reliable, but pretty ugly option.

http://forums.skylinesdownunder.co.nz/show...ht=Coil+upgrade :) a simple break down of it for ya
