Hi mate,

Simple answer to that one. This isnt the first delivery of seats we have had. We received a small number of them many months ago, all of which were sent to Victoria for the ADR testing process.

The container we received Friday is the first full container load we have received, that were available to customers.

I hope this answers your question

Regards,

Steve

PS Any one know where to take these to get fitted around Melbourne preferably in the SE suberbs.

Thanks

Jamie

Hi guys, we have just sold the last 3 sets of Red Bride style seats.

Anyone wishing to reserve a set from the next shipment is encouraged to do so now to avoid disappointment as we are already pre-selling seats from our next container load.

To confirm again, RED BRIDE STYLE SEATS ARE SOLD OUT!

Cheers,

Steve

Has anyone installed one of these in a four door vehicle yet? ie. 4 door R32, Cefiro, Laurel etc. Only asking as I have a bride seat which is unable to be moved forwards or backwards due to the B pillar hitting against the top RH side of the seat.

And lastly are they comfortable seats at all? :P

hey i rang today talked to a fella said he would pass on the msg i was after a set of red ones and was willing to wait till next shipment so put me down i got quoted 420 post to mildura can u pm me with more payment details

josh

they're bride style dude, not actual Bride seats. There is no way anyone could do recaros for that price

Yeah no kidding.... but they now also have Recaro replica's.....

Which have the same price as the Bride's on the site, so I thought it was worth asking if they can do the same price on the Recaro's for SAU mambers...

when will the seats be back in stock? thank you

Hi Donno, we are expecting the next container load within 4 weeks.

The seats from the next load are already pre-selling fast so if you are thinking of placing an order, best to do so sooner rather than later to avoid missing out.

Cheers,

Steve

Hi Mark, thanks for your order.

We expect the next container load of seats before Christmas, assuming that we dont encounter any further delays due to the recent problems at customs in Sydney

If you wish to check the status of your order at any time, please feel free to give Darron or Trevor a call on (02) 9545 0532 and they will be happy to assist you.

Regards,

Steve

    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
    • I also used NP   That’s were it’s seems to be the best place to fit it? All schematic shows also that it’s should be referenced from the turbo housing. But idk, I do see high hp cars without any connection or anything to their turbos, so I really don’t know how they connect their things
    • I do have loctite 243 and 246 and a few more models. I could drill it now in place and make new threads for m12 and order an4 - m12 coupling and fit that to the turbo. Run a braided hose to the EBC which I could get a an4 to 1/8npt
    • So M12 and sealant should be fine?    NPT ” because that’s what I had and what I could get atm.
    • Wouldn’t touch par if they gave it to me. You need to ask how much power you’re looking to make and then add about 50% to it because that’s what you’ll end up making  The factory box says no more at about 350kw or so, the upgraded synchro boxes won’t handle much over 500kw for long and at that point you’re looking at an auto or dog engagement manual,  once you’ve gone dog engagement you may as well go sequential, they cost a little bit more but it’s worth it  also while you’re at it you should upgrade the transfer case with 10 friction plates
