I couldn't warrant a new thread so I thought I would just post here instead..... I'm excited as I have just ordered my HKS cooler and Apexi AVC-R from Nengun... :)

Hehe in a few weeks I should be moving along very nicely :burnout: ... Can't wait for the next croose so I can meet up and see some of these cars you are talking about!!! :uh-huh:

Skyzerr, What suspension was it, Koni adjustables?

MrGTST, Nice way to spend a few K, should be worth it for the difference in performance. Hope it all goes smoothly. The next cruise is this Sunday, and then one the following week. Hope to see you there.

I believe the 255x40x17 refers to:

255 - Width in "mm" of the tyre

40 - The profile of the tyre. I.E the smaller the number the thinner the tire is.. I hope that makes sense

17 - The size of the rim in inchs

I hope that makes sense :(

Skyzerr, sorry about that dude, I was trying to reverse park the car, and pressed a little too hand on the phone. Couldn't ring you back cause I have no money left on the phone. Sorry.

rev, those widths seem a bit optimistic, 9" rims need at least 255's to fit, preferable 265's.

Macka brought the baby oil and I brought the whip, was a good bonding session.

    • I like they don't raise their hands into the air when they shift their sequential boxes, seems to be a thing here in Australia lol...
    • I'm not normally one for posting random videos, but I thought we'd all appreciate the honesty about how broken our cars tend to be lol. Genuine skyline life here.
    • New CAS just turned up from NZ Wiring. Looks like a nice bit of gear.  So, yeah. Triggered, bro. Realised I may as well do the cam belt while mucking about with it so will order one of them.
    • Even more fun, leave all the ADAS stuff plugged in, but in different locations, hopefully avoid any codes!   And honestly, all these new cars with their weird electronics. Pull all the electronics out Duncan, and just shove an aftermarket ECU and if needed a trans controller in, along with a PDM. Make it run basic but race car styled!
    • To follow up a question from earlier too since I had the front bar off again (fking!) This is what is between the bumper and the drivers side wheel And this is the navigator side, only one thing but its a biggy! So basically....no putting coolers in the wheel arches without a lot of moving other stuff. Assuming I move to properly race prepping this car I'll take that job on and see how the computers respond to removing a whole bunch of ADAS modules
