So how long u out for last night Joe - didnt get home til 5am i was totally buggered when i got home. In food court at 4:30 waiting for my mates other half to get a feed - this guy came and sat with us and started giving us complicated brain teasers like if a guy goes into an emergecy room and the doctor goes i cant operate on this guy because he's my son and the doctor is not the father - who is the doctor? and im thinking mate cmon its 4.30 am i cant add 2 + 2 and he gav eus three of these teasers. Very interesting ppl - and u reckon im one of a kind!!

    • Despite the level up question, actually I do know what that is....it is a pressure sender wire.  So check out around the oil filter for an oil pressure sender, or maybe fuel pressure near the filter or on the engine. Possibly but less likely coolant pressure sensor because they tend to be combined temp/pressure senders if you have one. Could also be brake pressure (in a brake line somewhere pre ABS) but maybe I'm the only one that has that on a skyline.
    • Pull codes via the self-diagnosis procedure. As far as I can tell this is just a sign of transmission issues but not a code unto itself.
    • Hi All, putting the engine back together and everything is perfect except have this plug left over.. any ideas what it is for and where it goes? Is on cold side under the intake plenum *note not a stock plug, as everything has been modified Cheers
    • Sounds like a misfire. Check fuel pressure and don't even think about going into boost while it's like this unless you enjoy engine rebuilds.
