only advice is that HAVE good decent running shoes and take it easy!

it was friggin funny joe - besides those needles look more like pens than needles anyway - grannies shouldnt of been staring. If he didnt inject himself pretty soon after he was convulsing - try waking up to person convulisng next to u at 3am in the morning - its not fun at all
