Niz - let me recommend that you take it easy the night before & get to bed at a reasonable hour.

You won't get much out of the day if you are feeling less than good & let me tell you that it is pretty hard work, both physically & mentally

actually meant im gonig out Saturday night not as bad but with an early start and a physical day im going to be buggered - but i'll have a nanna nap and itll all be good.

damn people that ring all hours of the night and wake me up! hehe i ignored the phone the first time n then he rang again so i thought agh im already awake might as well ansewer it. Now i cant get back to sleep and i dont feel well
