i prefer my folks poorer tho ...... they were just a lot more fun and nicer to be around *shrugs* its weird but i was thinking about it last night my dad is starting to feel less like a dad and more like a boss.

awww why Alex - u could go and borrow a cup of sugar from him occasionally haha :)

nah 5K is enough for me!! such a struggle to pay it back - i have no idea where my money goes - but it just goes!!

Friend of mine her dad was one of the big business men of the 80's and now they are just making ends meet. I guess thats business - my folks have had some scary times as well ..... specially when u have a lot of creditors .....

my dads just a determined guy ........ and im the daughter who just wants to have fun and never did what she was supposed to i.e go to uni, save money blah blah blah < i get lectured about it quite a bit.

    • With ordering the belt, you're doing water pump and the idler and tensioner at the same time too yes?
    • This is just a dumb way of keeping the wastegate closed to make more boost. Undo it and either follow the factory setup or redo it properly. Manual boost controllers just use a spring preload to determine when to close in response to boost pressure so it no longer vents to atmosphere.
    • So for the wide band is a Bosch 4.9 correct for the Link G4+ along with a Can bus? Just get the Link gear or is generic ok too? Eg here: LINK LINK DIGITAL WIDEBAND CAN MODULE WITH BOSCH 4.9 SENSOR : KYP Performance House
    • Bit difficult to follow. Have a look below and see what the standard R32 layout was like. Note there was a restrictor in place immediately before "turbocharged pressure control solenoid" that, if removed, magically got you 1 bar boost.
    • I might be way off the mark here.. there must be a T junction under the manifold. That takes manifold pressure through a check valve prior to the T, one side splits out to this bleed off orifice, the other straight to the wastegate actuators.
