yeah, it hit home last night when I started dreaming about painting stuff and planting stuff.... didnt sleep much after that.

Ive decided that Im not ageing prematurely. Im laying the base for a foundation of my future empire.

around the back of belmont ..... i was driving through there the other day and theres some scummy bits of belmont but theres also some really nice parts! and its close to the city fairly close to home. Theres a part of Belmont called Flemington Downs near Belvedere St - i would buy near there.

My ultimate dream house suburb tho would be Floreat.
