hmmm I have a Nismo front bar but I removed the grill to maximise air flow ( and intimidation factor ) but I always fear some smarty pants laying the boot it.... been lucky so far.... had it on a bout 6 months and had no problems...

I wouldnt have thought so, but I spoke to a few people about it when I first put it it...... By far majority I was told to take the mesh out to increase the efficiency of the air flow into the fins....

But I know what you mean ... You get the thin mesh and you think to yourself "Now how is that going to stop the air flowing through" but apparently it does

At the end of the day its your choice... If you want it behind some mesh then go ahead and do it.... I am sure the difference is barely noticable anyways...
