if its over $1000 worth of damage I think you have to report it by law other wise you get an infringement.... and ur insurance can use it against you

i had an accident $1,300K worth of damage to his car (yeah right it was a $500 telstar that you couldnt even see where i nudged him!) and it wasnt reported ...... that one was my fault but my view was obstructive by two big buses! Besides .... my damge is free .... dad said that if i take him to court i could get $2K in my pocket tho ..... mmmmm intercooler .... but i dont have any witnesses ..... hey guys wanna be my witnesses
