shonen
lol i thought it was funny.but seriously rik it looks cool but its a defect if you get caught and you've paid all that money for nothing. I remember reading an Autosalon magazine ages ago about this R34GTR from Indonesia that had scissor doors that could also be opened normally. Im thinking it was a custom job though. Worth a thought when your risking a bit of money... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> thats the yellow one right ?? its actually a GTT.....but dayam it was HOOTTT and yeah Im thinking those custom doors cost a fair bit to make as well. shonen
personally I dont think they suit skylines, looks ok but doesnt really suit it. But if you are going to spend the money, its best to go for the ones with the gas shocks. The custom made hinge style ones arent of the best quality and you have to be REALLY delicate when opening the doors on them. Been in an S2000 that had the hinge kit on it and I was so paranoid each time I opened the doors. Sl!m
if you do end up doing it, make sure its a good kit, check the kit out on another car before getting it.. it can look really really dodgy Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/90127-lambo-door/page/2/#findComment-1671167 Share on other sites
R31Nismoid
lol, that is the ugliest 33 I have seen in a loong time, could only be made worse by putting the chromies off the yellow car under it. It looks decidely "more" interesting in person. With all the kit and stuff the car has such a huge weight now if i recall it hasnt busted better than a 15 (or maybe it was a mid 14) each time ive seen it out.
