Turbo Timers

Can any of you guys recommend a turbo timer that you actually have that works well?

My trusty ol HKS one has shit itself

So I'm in the market for a new one and at the moment I'm looking at the Greddy auto timer and wiring harness.

Anyone got any other options? I'd prefer it if the casing was black... And I'd like it to have the auto mode so it runs the timer for how long it thinks it needs to after a hard/easy drive.

you shouldn't need the wiring harness with the Greddy one.

Mine plugged straight into a connector under the dash, then you just need to run one wire for the handbrake sensor and one for the speed output

It shouldn't cost anything to install....do it yourself or get Andrew to do it. Only problem might be getting it to work with your alarm....you need to wire in a relay or something......ask Strutto...I saw a post of his somewhere detailing how to do it.

I use the bogard timer, doesnt self sense cool down time, but intergrates nicely with any alarm.

its a great theft assistance tool.. all a thief has to do is to connect the ignition wires hanging out the back nice and exposed, and goodbye car..

i got a greddy one but took it back because if doesn't hook up well to alarms apparently, so swapped it for a blitz. works good with the alarm , just set the alarm and walk away and it counts down. an english instruction mannual would be go though
