it realy doesnt make sense that EVERY bp in vic will run out...

if the shortage is only in WA and VIC that means the other states are getting it, which means theres a supply from somewhere else... and not just that perth refinery place...

unless BP ultimate is only sold in WA and VIC ?

I saw this on the bp locater website, but couldn't find any other info:

BP is currently experiencing supply issues for BP Ultimate in NSW & Victoria

Like I said could not find any explaination for it and it said nothing about WA. :D

BTW Nissan discourages the use of 10% blend ethanol. Optimax extreme is 5% which is able to be used in most cars without problems.

which fuel has that 10% stuff ?

I'm not sure if any have 10% anymore. They did for a while when they didn't have to show how much ethanol was in their fuel. That was until ethanol started getting really bad press.

I think there is legislation now which says that companies have to show the amount of ethanol in fuel so now I don't think anyone uses it.

I's shell that are trialing E10 fuel.  can't remember what they call it? 100RON and ~2c more expensive than premium/optimax.

Its called Optimax Extreme. Its 5%, we already established that.
