Hi, since my head on accident into a tree earlier this year, my revs have been dropping. My revs are only stable sometimes waiting at the lights. In the accident there was no engine damage, does anyone know why this is happening,

Unlikely for you to hit a tree head on and have no engine damage but anyway....

I had a similar problem my r32 was cutting out intermitanly when boosting after a few tests found out that was an air flow meter. picked a new one up from just jap for $150.

so it could be your airflow meter, or another thing could be your idle speed contol valve (ISC). to check this get some UPPER ENGINE CLEANER i use subaru stuff cause im a mechanic there and id recommend to use it it does work. get a couple of cans and spray some down the spark plug holes (when they are out) and into various intake manifold vacume holes, especially spray it in the ISC there is a big hose that connects to it near the throttle body......

Youll also find that alot of syklines rpm drops after engine has been raced... also hot weather does it to the car.... hope that helps!!!

Have a look for a vacuum leak.

More then likely the culprit.

Especially if something like the cooler piping was moved/pressed/damaged in the crash. Cooler could be split as well, unsure of what sort of crash your talking.

Agree about the vacuum leak.

Do you have an aftermarket bov? they make the car idle roughly if they vent to the atmosphere.

Also, you might need to clean your aac valve.

where is the aac valve on rb 26

mine engine is still doing it
