Bar & Plate Or Tube &fin Intercoolers?

Hey all,

Im in the market for an intercooler for my R33 series 2.

I have had my eye on the A'PEXi GT Intercoolers, which i am pretty sure is a bar and plate design.

Which leads me to the question of which is more effective.

All my mates have the Hybrid tube and fin. And i have heard that the tube and fin flows better for street use.

I am a very big A'PEX fan seing performance from other products of theres.

But always like to research my options before buying.
