Tps Problem

hey guys, im a newbie, i know this has been covered before, but i cant find it.

just got an m35 series 1 vq25det still learning. the tps just shit its self, do all vq throttle bodies fit?

Not tps; AFM is the issue.

Buy a spare from Scotty's customs.

Error code came up as traction control throttle problem.

Stagea's don't have traction control.

The mechanic told me the scanner came up with tcs error. I assumed that ment traction control. He was the one that told me to change the tps.

His scanner actually read it?

What are the symptoms? TPS errors make the car obviously in limp mode, the throttle won't work at all.

Yep. Throttle won't work at all. Only idle. He cleared the error and went to drive it again, went straight back in to limp mode.

Hmmm, does sound like a failure.

I believe that the VQ35 tb is compatible, but Scotty would know for sure.

I think it might be, but I have a few throttles here off turbo motors anyway if you need one.
