  1. You need to unplug the tps so the ecu locks the timing to 15 degrees. Otherwise the ecu will vary timing as a strategy to maintain target idle rpm.

  5. Crank seal. And check the cam cover set comes with the half moons.
  6. To get it going set it for 2000rpm. There's your response.
  7. Turbo takes up more space.
  8. Why? The bottom end hasn't flung apart. The only possible reasons for the rpm limit are turbo restriction, or ignition issues, or potentially the cam settings. All a bottom end has to do is stay in one piece, everything else actually makes the power.
  9. Yes, you don't actually need a belt to measure the length required. Just wrap a tape measure around. The last digits in the above part number are the length in mm.

  18. Those cables through the hat look kinda small. I haven't seen a really beefy bulkhead connection that would perform as it should for this use.
