Correct that the -11 means a 1.1 gap. Depends what you consider worth it. They will more than likely be ok, but being colder and in an na the chances are they will foul easily . I use them, but my car is running 20 psi .

Whilst I agree the higher voltage is better due to the reasons you listed, you would at best be looking at a 5% gain. Really doesn't seem worth it to me.

That sucks man. Easy outs are very hit and miss and need to be used with care as you now know. For future reference there are mobile thread repair businesses that are experienced and have all of the right tools to do the job easily (they typically don't use easy outs) Depending on what has actually been drilled it is posible to repair it. Either by welding or tapping larger for a plug. Best thing would be to remove the head be assess from there.

Google what the spark plug gap is and that will tell you. The plug is a cooler plug and might foul. Give it a go and see.
