  1. oooooooookkkkkkkkkkkkkaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy i just called a "injector speicalist" in balcatta, and he had no idea of what i was talking about. he told me the insulators had to get pressed?? I think he's been breathing too much fuel...... can anyone reccomend me someone who knows what im talking about?? steve
  2. hey guys, got the gtr lic a week ago and just to get around, i bolted the plate up in the stock location, using the stock plate mount. this for starters, looks shit and blocks some of the cooler. I also had to bend the plate a bit to get it to fit. I want my plate to sit on the left side, but i dont want to drill holes into the bar. is there a way of sticking it on? e.g using those 3M sticky things? i dont want my plate coming off on the freeway of course. thanks steve
  3. hey guys, im after a set of insulators and O rings for the fuel injectors in my gtr. Im too scared to call nissan up, as i dont wanna sell my kidney's to get the parts. would a fuel injector place have aftermarket insulators in stock? thanks steve
  4. dude, you cant blame them for being negative. these days you truely get what you pay for, and when something real cheap come along, people always think its a scam unless they see some hard proof. and the proof in this case has been tampered with. I for one wouldnt trust someone over the web to tune my car. every engine is differant, 2 engines with the exact same mods will never make the same power. just becarefull, cause the money you saved on a proper tune might have to go towards a new engine...... Steve
  5. i assume the same goes for the rb26? I have done a bit of reaserch, and have also decided to replace the oxysenors and get a safc. anyone know of a cheap aftermarket oxysensor? i bet nissan want your firstborn or something...... steve
  6. let us know how it goes, as both my wife and my self are interested in get one. I do a lot of freeway driviing, and am always on the look out for cameras. the couple of times ive been caugh have been while im talking or am over taking and paying attention to the other cars. steve
  7. its cool, i found one. thanks steve
  8. it doesnt matter cause as soon as the detector beeps, youve been caught and its too late. I think a detector would go great on the freeway, against the multinova's, esecially the times when you dont notice yo are doing 10ks over etc. steve
  9. na the power steering works either ways. Ive completly removed the hicas, and the steering is fine. steve
  10. thats a good price. are they legal?
  11. lol was thinking the same. any chance we could see the rest of the pic?
  12. just try to fix it and if it doesnt work, then retrim it. you cant lose!!.....unless you break th center vent and accidently inject your self with glue......then youll lose...... steve
  13. basicly you can use anything that wont leave a residue. e.g metho, it evaporates quickly, and takes any moisture with it too. also, if its actually faulty, it might be dry solder joints on the pins, which is easily fixable. theres a "how to" i made in the tut section. steve
  14. hey great stuff so far! instead of using those pissy leds, have you considered trying out a 5w luxeon led?? they are hell bright steve
  15. i wonder how much a pile up would cost?
  16. f**k him, get em cheaper else where, and report him for trying to sell you parts he was suppose to destroy.

  20. carefull to drill slwoly, you dont wanna slip through the whole thing!
  21. i found its hard to put it back into first while the car is still slwoly moving (e.g 5k's or less) the tx3 was a differant story, went into first easy. Its bad habit of mine when coming to a complete stop, i like to put it into first before stopping so i can take off quick again. steve
  22. or get it powder coated metalic silver
  23. i just had another idea, you ould remove the center vent and peel up the remaining small section (red arrow) and inject glue through there. steve
