  1. State Sprint series from Saturday
  2. Single Freddy 50mm Coffee shop about 2 min away :-P But you are right, car does last very well but I don't normally push it for more than 7 min at a time
  3. Track I do 21psi Coffee shop I do 30psi Basically same set up and stays reliable. You should do the same :-)
  4. Perfect... I've seen a sump like that somewhere before haha Watch out for the oil drain thread, it's not uncommon for them to strip in the trust extension
  5. Depends really, mine sprayed some coolant into the overflow on the dyno at 7000rpm. We pulled it off the dyno and chucked ARP2000 studs in one by one the next day and it's been going for about 2 years since then. That's also running 550kw at the hubs and 2.1bar so not exactly friendly. In terms of cams, if they have a recess you won't have to take them out, if they don't you will... It's not the hardest job, I'm no mechanic and it took me less than 4 hours
  6. I drove mine for 2.5hrs trips 4 times in one weekend a month or so back with a Magnafuel Protuner 625 running a -8 feed and standard return lines, was no issues with heat
  7. Looks great although I can never work out why some workshops only print graphs that start after 4000rpm.
  8. It's junk, laggy and has no boost control? Probably quicker with a stock tubro
  9. It's an orange LED stuck to the wheel spokes
  10. and some videos from State Sprint Series with a few moments!
  11. Racewars, No limits and State Sprint photos!
  12. 6262 will be better than "dash 5s get the guys" Keen to see VCT vs non VCT, might convince me to fork out
  13. HAHA that predictor is awesome, it's making on average a few hp more up to when the "dyno cuts out" but somehow it's going to gain 30hp? 405rwhp would be more on the money
  14. I'm up to 4 broken after doing 2 in a weekend at Racewars not long ago So far I've stripped 3rd gear twice, sheared the input shaft once and the latest appears to be a broken reverse/5th selector fork. In saying that they only ever break when no mechanical sympathy is shown, if you are gentle and select the gear and the roll off the clutch they seem to be fine (as oppose to smashing through gears and kicking clutches)
  15. It's a 1100hp turbo on a 2.6L, it was never going to be responsive. I would say my 6262 is right in the sweet spot for a 2.6L non drag application but it's rated at 705hp. 6466 would be a good all rounder for a 2.8L and a 6870 isn't too bad from what I have seen but more towards a drag power band.
  16. Think it made over 800rwhp for about 3000rpm which is just silly! Not sure on a 2.6L, it would shit out power but be fairly laggy. Doesn't vims want a track car?
  17. One in Perth went mid 800's on a roller on 34psi, think it was a 2.8L
  18. May take it to the drags this week but with track set up suspension it may not be worth it. Data shows around 140mph trap speed in the 1/4
  19. How much is your motor worth? The thing I'd be worried about is a crappy cheap diaphram splitting and boost going vertical with your motor going to heaven
  20. Limiter is at 8800, kicks in around 8500... I'll change around 8500 on the weekend. I think the dyno was just set to limit at 8000
  21. Wound the 6262 up a bit more for racewars this weekend
