It may be illegal to take photos of governement property, but they were stupid to put in plain sight of everyone so that makes it public domain... Tough luck to the Governement.

I've travel the F3 from the Coast to Sydney every day and the only camera is heading North Bound near Ourimbah. There is no camera in the 90K zone from Mt White to Hawkesbury only the RTA Monitoring cameras. The reason it's a 90 Zone, is that of the entire freeway, that particular section goes from 2 lanes to 3 lanes so many times that there was always cars trying to outrun trucks before they merged and there was always accidents. While there are no FIXED cameras in the 90 Zone, there is pretty much always a mobile unit. Oh, and the sign that says, "Keep Left unless overtaking", that IS law, you can get booked for not keeping left, as I found out on the M4 on Boxing day 2 years ago heading up to the Blue Mountains. on the fine under the offence it said "Disobeying the Keep left unless overtaking sign" $180 and 2 points later.

Does anyone know of any good Dyno places that may be a bit friendly towards a big group of us. I'm from the Central Coast so the facilities are pretty limited, and I think that everyone would prefer a closer venue.

It's getting really bad now, when security guards will pass judgement just by the look of you. I work across the road from the Greenwood at AGL and I frequent there during my lunch break and occassionally to Sounds on Sunday. The only time that I saw some shit going down was when I was having some lunch and this begger was asking for money from all the patrons. Security soon sure took care of him. I think that the security guards "think" that they have all this power when really all they are there for is to make sure that no underage person gets in and that the peace is kept. They are not there to make a judgement about who is and isn't allowed in based on their skin colour or what their background is. And I get really mad (language towned down) but these arrogant people who think they know better. Anyway, that was no two cents worth..

Hello everyone out ther is SKyline land. I have an idea about an event to be held. I know that you guys have had it in the past, but perhaps it's time to have another one. DYno day. I've been to a few with my friends car club and perhaps it might be good to start to get a regular one going. Would be great opportunity to, get members signed up, have a BBQ and generally just get to meet everyone and have a nice relaxing day, seeing how many ponies our cars put out. Just an idea for people to chew the fat over.

From what I have read, saw and been told, the new model GT-R wont be a R35, the model has changed to V35 reflecting the use of the 3.5L V6 engine the VG series of engine. Also the Skyline Sedan and Coupe models still 'kinda' retain the afterburner tail lights, you can see them when the brakes are on although the styling doesn't reflect that during the day. An article quoted by the chief designer from Nissan Japan stated that the GT-R will/might be a VG35DETT ie. 3.5L Twin Turbo V6 engine with a quoted power rating of 206Kw's (yeah right, they only say that so the governement wont get the wobblies) ans as Nismodified said, the photos are only concepts, prototypes and artists renditions. No one will really know what the V35 GT-R will look like until it's released at the Tokyo Motor Show later this year. Nissan Australia will proabably sell the GT-R on an 'as need' basis. Rather than imported 100-200-300 etc. GT-R's into Australia they will look at who has put their hand up for one and get that amount. Look at HSV's HRT427, 20 people put down deposit's on the car at the Sydney Motor show, even before HSV confirmed that the car was going to be built. and that bu**er is $250,000. Well as a central coast resident I'm saddened by the details of everyone's experience..... hehehe... I'm not saddened, I agree with you all, Troppo is a 'meat market' plain and simple. If your looking for a one night stand, then that's the place to go. For a place that calls themselves a "night club", they play a hell of a lot of RnB and then "Dance" music that the DO play is only the leftovers' from Video Hits. I tell ya, bring some of the artists from the sydney scene, like your Kid Kenobi's, BeXta, and the like and half the people would faint becuase of they dont know what to do. Oh and dont get me started on the security guards. They are a bunch of no hoper, little d****, ignorant people with little to no intelligence that are trying to live out their failed dreams of being a cop. And for a group of security guards that are 'supposed' to uphold the general peace, they are the ones that are doing most of the rough housing.... and they are trying to score with the skanky chicks. However, with that said. Going to Troppo on a saturday night is a great way to sit back have a few beers and just laugh at the people who clearly... have no idea... Well there is certainly some mixed opinions on the use of non-standard BOV's. Thanks for all the input guys, defenitley some food for thought there. It was a passing thought, I think i'll do what rev210 says "if it aint broke, dont fix it" There are plenty of minor mods I can do in the mean time. Thanks again. cheers.

Hey everyone, not sure if this exact question has been asked. I'm looking to get a HKS SS BOV on my R33 but I've heard that with aftermarket BOV's and AFM's you can have some trouble. Does anyone have any opinion on this. Does anyone have one and how was it setup. cheers.

What about with the stock gauge on the R33, I know that at idle with the A/C off, it is smack bang on zero, however if the A/C is on, it sits just below zero in the negative range.

Hi Everyone. It has been suggested that a vacumn leak may be causing some stalling problems with the R33 GTS-T's. Does anyone know how to check for a vacumn leak, or where I should be looking to see if there is any signs. I've search for a thread that may have covered this but I couldn't find one. If there is, please let me know. thanks guys.

What's the Fuel Enconmy like with the Bosch 044, or does it not really matter with the Fuel Pump, it just's maintains the pressure. What's the price of the pump as well. 2 things that I have noticed with my R33, first, at idle the Vacumn gauge sits just below 0, would that indicate a vacumn leak? What's the easiest way to confirm that there is a leak. Second, I took the drivers side kick panel off to check out the ECU, and what was staring at me. 2 exposed wires that were covered by electrical tape. Should I repair these connections so it isn't exposed. (stupid question I know, just wanted to get the reassurance from those more experienced then me).
