You could get the 2 Bedroom apartment which would sleep about 5 (I think). Split the cost of $180 between 5 and it becomes cheaper. And the 1 bedroom sleeps 4, so you could hotel pool and make it cheaper....

With that being said there is one place at Tuggerah that kinda has a niche in the Import scene.
