Hey guys... My car has had this problem for a while... After a nice hard boot (or a couple of them immediatley after each other ) my car starts to pop when going down in revs while in gear... if i clutch it, it sometimes dies completely from this. it comes good again after a minute or two but the harder i push the car the longer and worse the popping is. does anyone know wat this could be? its quiet loud with a straight through 3 inch exhaust... thx in advance, bill

You certainly did trim that front bar!!!! was that much cut off really nessecary?

yeh i got a car cover too on a silver car. i find if the car has got even the SLIGHTEST bit of dirt the cover is useless as it just scratchs.... definetly worth the money for a good one but.... dont pay any less then 130. you get what u pay for.

sorry to hijack the thread... but does a popping noise while backing off after being into it mean the car is running lean?

was lookn that possibility up today and someone told me it weakens them alot?

hmm i once lost the memory bit of my climate control. if u look a little to the left of your steering wheel theres a little grilly bit (r33 anyhow) behind there is a plug i think its so the A/C knows the temp??? anyhow, if its unplugged, memory no longer functions i found. hope this may help

g'day, I noticed no one had posted so i thought id let u know my setup. I have 8" wide on front and 9" on back. offset for both is +32. I think you could definetly go half an inch wider on back, but im unsure about front. My next set of wheels im ordering soon are 8 on front and 9.5 on rear, i am unsure of the offsets however. A guy i know with a stock R33 gts-t claims he has 10 inch wide rims on the back, I guess its possible but im unsure.

hmm. I get 600 to a tank on the highway.. R33 gtst with full exhaust, cai, boost controller (wound down for highway) I find winding the boost down goes a long way....
