Are we limited to only bringing skylines? Or can we bring any car? I've got a few people who'd like to attend but don't own skylines. Also I'll be joining the cruise at Picton road, thought I'd give a heads up.

Hey guys, I'm looking at getting a set of wheels for my R34 25GT, the ones I'm looking at come in 18x9 +30, 18x10 +38. My car is a stock height, will be getting coilovers after the wheels. Just a few questions I'd like to know... Will these fit the car? How will they look/sit? Will it need guard work? What size tyres would you recommend? I posted this on facebook but got some mixed answers so I thought I'd post on here Thanks

Nice car mate! Love the colour, and seeing a GT-V for sale is pretty rare. The only other 1 seen for sale is the one I bought about 6 months ago. Price is very fair. Good luck with the sale!

So I'm in the market for a new set of rims and I've got my eye on a set of Lenso D1R's They're only available in 18" or 20"? Which would be best? I'm not looking for performance or going to the track, just for looks as my car is an N/A. I've currently got 17's on which are just some Japanese brand, and they look weird. So does anyone got either 18"s or 20"s on their car? and what looks better?

Spotted 2 Skyline's today heading West on the M5. One was a Grey 4-door R34 who was stuck in traffic with me. The other was a nice Red R34 GTR which pulled off the Wollongong exit.

Stock R34 N/A 2001 on premium* fuel got over 400km's on highway driving with still just under a quarter of a tank left. Haven't really done a full run but will eventually.

I'm looking to replace my stock radio, which unfortunately only goes from 70-90hz and picks up nothing, and I can play music through my phone with it. I'll Make it simple. I'm looking for something that looks like this: It has a nice big screen and the buttons are down the bottom. I would get this one, which is the Appradio 3 but I can't use my phone without adapters. All I need is something that uses Bluetooth to play music through my car and displays the time, anything else is either useless and I won't use it. Why not just go a cheap one that does those 2 things? Well I just prefer the look of having a nice black screen sitting there rather than an ugly blue/red/green $100 head unit which has big knobs etc sticking out. Budget is around $700, I live in NSW so I can travel to anywhere that sells them between canberra and sydney. Hopefully that is enough info for someone to suggest me something I'll like, and I'll really appreciate it as I've look at a lot and can't really decide on one.

Hey, I bought an R34 the other day and noticed it had a Pivot Racing Tool on the dash. I've googled it but havn't found a definitive answer on what it is. I know it displays the car km's(which is a few km's out from my speedo) and display time(havn't tested this out yet), but what's the main purpose of it? It's looks just like this one

Well for me it's because of P plates and NSW laws I guess when people buy Turbo they prefer Manual.

Hey, I'm after a R34 25gt non turbo model, automatic. I would prefer white in colour and the year model to be 2000/2001. Max budget would be $11,000 with rego. Located near Canberra so I can travel between Sydney and Canberra. I can also fly to another state if the car is worth it. I did have one lined up but they've been messing around and I'm not sure if they're still selling it (to me). Thanks.

Hey man, I'm in the same situation as you. I'm on my p's, looking for a Skyline to buy. Many people say save your money and wait till your off your p's, but screw that, that's a long wait. Just buy your car, enjoy it while your on your p's and when you want to sell it you'll find another person on their p's looking to do the same thing. I saved up $6,000, got a $6,000 loan and I'm about to buy a R34 25GT. I'll drive that for around 3years then eventually sell it and buy a 25GT-T. (R34's are worth more but you can sell it without to much loss compared to an R33, not sure about R32's though) Go for what you want, otherwise you won't be happy.

Ah okay thanks for that. I guess when he sent me the vin the first time around he forgot the last digit and now it's 6.

Hey, I got someone to send me a vin of a car I'm buying, it hasn't been registered in Australia yet so he said the vin won't show up in the check vin site etc. He first sent the vin no as: 6U90000ER3420306 But they are meant to have 17 digits, I asked him to double check it and he sent back 6U90000ER34203067 Is the second one a correct vin no? Is for a skyline r34 25gt. Thanks.

Hey, I've been looking for a car to buy and I've found one but I have one concern. The owner has said the car has rust under the front bumper. I'm not sure how much there is or the exact spot of it. I've been told to steer clear of cars that have any rust on them, then some people have said it doesn't matter. So what do people think? I'll be checking out the car in a week to see what it's like but I thought I'd ask for someone else's opinion first. Thanks.
