funkymonkey and all the jspec guys, dont take everything that everyone says in relation to jspec cars as insults or critisism as far as i am concerned all you are are advertisers for cars from japan, no different to prestige, imports101 or even mr zhongfeng importer man around the corner. sure I understand if someone comes on and says "OMFG JSPEC IS SHIT THEY BLOW GOATS", sure rebutt to that. as far as "getting sucked in", i mean, dont be like, "oh my god, this is the one and only 260rs that is ever going to sell for this cheap omg omg omg" and put money into it before putting in your research. For example, you've had two 260rs's around 24-26k landed/complied in the last few weeks, so if there are two that you could find, there must be more.

no, not always I wanted to buy a cima off jspec and i said ok ill take it and they checked and it was already sold by another importer. sometimes the car is just gone so they mark it as paid/whatever. on another note, just coz someone bought it doesnt mean they are on these forums my friend. what did yours end up costing on road FMI

sorry but i dont buy bargains when i want something safe and reliable. ill be in the market to pay around the 30-33k landed, complied and on road. key emphasis needs to be made on reliable. RB26+high kilometers is a no go zone personally.

Bring on the legnum. I love the jaggered looks of the legnum, the aristo is too like, rounded. Still take a stagea over a legnum any day of the week though, but for what they are/cost, they are nice cars. Must get the manual though, the tiptronic boxes are very breakable so ive heard. PS. The best sleeper? Id get the legnum mate, nothings as good as a hard 4wd launch to surprize your enemy, and it sure helps in the twisties.

"Difference between series 1 & 2 rs260 ?" Nothing mechanically. The S1/S2 260RS's are the same under the skin, the difference is the front end and rear lights and maybe some minor interior changes. Ive checked in FAST all the model numbers and codes and yep, its still all R33 gear. (I checked the diff, head, block, cams, turbos)

lol, yeh, i guess a compressor wheel rubbing on the house could affect the lag a bit.
