Economy and microtech should never be used/talked about in the same sentence, they don't belong together I'm sure you can tune the microtech for "economy", but yea, it's pretty p*ss poor in that department. I probably got a MAX of 300-350km/tank(60L tank) with the RB20-DETT, and i generally drive pretty old lady style. And no microtech can't control boost.
  5. when i had a std turbo RB20 i never went past 10psi. Like mentioned, ~13psi would be the "safe" upper limit. Anything more and you are bound to run into problems eventually/decrease the "life expectancy" of your turbo dramatically.

  7. got the manifold for the turbo? Correct me if im wrong, but, you said it is externally gated, therefor doesn't suit standard manifold.

  15. why? I was speaking to a tuner about the emanage. He sung nothing but praises for it. He is running ~400kw at the treads in his GTR using an Emanage. Did a swap on his brother's S15 for shits and giggles. It picked up an extra 25kw over the haltech that was in it. Can run both MAP and AFM. I think you are only limited with injector sizes on the emanage. Im not sure how big it will let you go, i didn't ask for specific info.
  16. mate, it's been said before, but i'll say it again. You're 19, and this is number 4. Exceeding the speed limit by over 100km/h, you're going to get f*cked on and f*cked on bigtime. If the judge likes you, you won't get thrown in the slammer, but it is a possibility. That's my guess anyway. But you won't be driving for a good few years atleast, and your car will more than likely be impounded. What exactly were the previous offences? If they're basically the same of this, then, well, yea. I might go eat my noodles now.

  20. Mate how many fkin times do you have to be told the same thing? Vent to ATMO blow off valves, like the HKS SSQ etc, "illegal"/defectable. Plumb back - Not defectable No BOV - not defectable Flutter from not having a BOV - same shit as no BOV, not defectable. The sound doesn't mean shit. If the ATMO BOV is there, then defectable. If not, then no. Plain and simple. Forget the sound when it comes to defectable or not, it's the type of BOV that matters. And there was an actual reason regarding to pollution that atmo BOV's were illegal. The whole over fueling thing with AFM equipped cars i think. Well, i suppose there's one "legitemate" route they can take.
