  1. Already gone as of last night mate, sorry Still accepting offers for the crank though And the rods ARE still for sale (yes, 6 good condition RB26 rods for $150, normally they go for like $350.. or what ever)
  2. **BEARINGS SOLD** Crank is "on hold" due to a negotiation. Rods are still available.
  3. take her to a sex shop, she'll love it. Then go to maccas, get a happy meal, and share it with her, she'll love that too. Oh and take the toy. Dinner and a movie is usually best bet *Shrugs* common interests would help Or, do something, different? Do some dougheys in your car with her in it, go paintballing(was meant as a joke but hey, she might like it ), take her on a pub crawl, a pub with lingeret weitresses, strip club, brothel, pick her up in your car with your "bags packed", food and water and a tomahawk JUST in sight and grin like an idiot. Shall i keep going?
  4. this weekend is a nono, won't have my car back. Maybe AFTER 7th of april(if you're worried about double demerits)? like the following weekend? Doesn't matter if it's double demerits anyway, no hooning around from us, right?
  5. got about 3 or 4 of them in my area. Even have a ute with flame pattern mirror tints i think (according to my old boss). But i do know of them 3 or 4 falcons with GT stripes. Then you have your normal unmarked cars, including one or two AWD magna's (but they were a few years ago now).
  6. if my car is back on the road then i'll be there
  7. engineers certificate is WORTH IT. I've only been randomly pulled over once by an undercover, I assume for a defect check. Ran my plates in the system, must have come up that im engineered or what ever, gave me a breath test and let me go. Then again, it could have just been that he really wanted to breath test me . Since i've had the car, and with its level of modifications (and the noise emitted ) i seriously expected to be pulled over many many many more times than i have. As soon as the car got here and went for rego i got it engineered. But it's worth every penny. Once it's all done, go to the RTA, get it all lodged with them, they give you rego papers with a note down the bottom saying "Engineered as per engineers certificate number blah blah blah" or some crap. All in all, it saves you the potential hassle of getting a defect cleared up, and it makes sure everything is done propperly and safely. P.S Got my engineering done through Stretch/Greg @ autosport engineering
  8. is the cat 3" as well or is it the standard cat? Is it flanged on both ends or welded in?
  9. Will sell as a "package", obviously for a reasonable price (say, $1100 for the lot), or bundle up any other parts, or what ever. May also post at buyer's expense.
  10. Selling RB26 kit i was going to use for an RB24 buildup. Reason why I'm selling it is because work has become unstable/unregular (contractor), therefor the build will be delayed and I need the cash in my account as a security blanket. Standard, brand new in the box R33 GT-R crank - $900 ACL Race series bearings, brand new in the boxes - $150 (big and small) Standard RB26 rods, good condition - $150 (bought from blitz, so nothing dodgy, selling for the price i got it for) Preffer Sydney buyers only. Contact Phil on: 0401 874 604 Or pm me on the forums.
  11. i was getting sysinfo.exe and 3156340348143.exe
  12. give the bonnet some love with a sledge hammer... But seriously though, if you are going to do it, do it right. As for 2JZ S13's, IIRC there is one that i know of, possibly another, but that's in a 180sx (up in QLD i believe, or was it WA?)
  13. depends on the model of RB25. Like Adriano said, i think VCT might be an issue. Other than that it should be like the RB20 swap, solid lifters. (SHOULD) No, RB20's and 25's use hydraulic lifters. To use solid type cams you will need solid lifters due to the different ramp rates (to my understanding). Solid type cams - Solid lifters Hydraulic type cams - Hydralic lifters. Stick to them rules, it's like that for a reason
  14. i think there's some other crap on the forums pages too? Can't recall their names, but i was getting two different ones. I need to block active X and java to use the forums without getting it.
  15. This is a V-spec II.... Become a collectors car over in japan I think the price is reasonable Anyway, GL with the sale
  16. wasn't this a HPI feature car? I remember seeing it or one very similar to it in HPI, also from autostyle. anyway GL with the sale
  17. Thanks for the reply. The person who told me they were a sh!t rod was the bloke who is going to build my engine, rather reputable and has built some serious GT-R's, including one with 500rwkw. At the moment, the main goal is strength and reliability, as i will be limiting power to 250-260rwkw, if it even hits that (will be running twin T28 turbos off a 33 GT-R @ 13psi). Once turbos and the drivetrain are sorted, i will be aiming for 3-400rwkw. The very last thing i want to do is to build a motor, only for me to have to strip it apart because of dodgy components or because it spit a rod out the block. I'd hate to have to start from square one. As for luck, heh, im gonna need it won't be going ahead for a few moths yet, as im still gathering parts and money (most important bit ) Does anyone else have experience/comments about eagle rods? SURELY there has to be more than one person out there. Fully prepper RB26 std rods or Forged and balanced Eagle rods? C'mon people, info
  18. sounds like a bag of shit hang on, it is a bag of shit
