  1. S14 Stoptech big brake kit, Enkei 17" wheel just clears the inner part of the rim, outer clearance from the spokes is fine. Caliper takes common sized Porsche pads.
  2. Why? To transfer as much roll on to the front suspension as possible. Yeh I know thats a obvious answer but with some cars with some suspension systems and often where big power is involved that can work best. Tune with the front ARB, spring rates, etc. But I see your point, better to be able to tune both ends rather than just one.
  3. With two wheel drive and Nissan multilink rear suspension, what are the suspension's critical areas in regard to rear grip and stability? My wild guess is reducing anti squat, lighter rear springs than front and ensuring toe in at all times. And is removing the rear ARB completely ever an option?
  4. A few from the collection and at least they are Nissans, no eurotrash here 2006 Nissan Datsun Nationals Phillip Island Sprints Siddin's 240Z 2008 Targa Tas Another sprint entrant 2006 Datnats PI The mighty Electromotive 280ZX turbo blows up, a rare event
  5. You got PM
  6. Apparently accomodation in Warwick over Easter 2009 is tight already so booking NOW is suggested. We are not trying to hustle buZiness, sprints for example will be filled up for sure but some later Skyrines would be great. Otherwise the Zeds will own Morgan Park.
  7. Yeh but Harry you are a biased rallyist A bit more seriously, what you say makes sense. For race blokes tyre preservation becomes paramount, for sprinters who no give a fark its different, hang it all out
  8. Using that pic as an example, cutting corners deliberately so dirt is thrown on the track pisses others off, no shit to that car's driver, it may have been a genuine off. But some four wheel jivers do it deliberately, apparently its the fashionable thing to do
  9. Run by the Z Car Club Q Inc with assistance, its Queensland's turn to host the 2009 Nationals, in 2007 they were held in Victoria. The event will be based in Warwick, South East Queensland, with the usual attractions including sprints at Morgan Park raceway, which has already been booked for that purpose. This post is just to give some advance notice for those planning 2009 holidays etc although organisation of the event is well underway and we will have some general details available shortly.
  10. Good on you for putting it on Paul, should be a great success.
  11. CAMS suck for giving these temporary street circuits a track licence in the first place. No permanent circuit would get a licence if its safety was as compramised as all street circuits inevitably are, double dealing dollar chasing is the go, stuff grass roots motorsport eh CAMS. Thank the gods of motorsport for AASA.
  12. Back again, www.ad.waremanager.com. Did a google on it, lots of references, here is a link to one http://www.spywareinfoforum.com/lofiversio...php/t59274.html Cookies pffft, it pops up every time I go to a new page, bloody annoying. Yahoo mail has it too, no others that I've seen.
  13. Looking everywhere.........
  14. Gone now, must have scared it off
  15. Started today, maybe yesterday? Don't know if anything can be done about it but I aint the expert
  16. What gets my back up is ITV's Hamilton constant suckhole commentary, they never shut up about him no matter what position he's in. Really have the Brits an obsessive attitude or just no life of their own, like they are with their foreigner filled soccer teams? Anyway Hamilton aka token got rightly pinged, if he had any brains he would have given the position back and had a legitimate go. Kimi should have been required to fix the Fezza too although that call was not as clear cut as token's.
  17. All 9's are no use to me thanks.
  18. Looking here, looking there.........
  19. Still looking.
  20. Not wide enough mate, thanks anyway.
  21. Need 17's mate, thanks anyway.
  22. Interesting comment. Which seems contra to what usually is the outcome ie a good four wheel driver will always beat a good two wheeler. But if you were talking fun and driver skill then two wheels FTW
  23. 8's are not wide enough, thanks anyway.
  24. Should be an easy question to answer, just look up sprint results at any circuit of interest. At QR on the Sprint circuit I'd suggest that the average difference would be ~4 seconds, maybe more because the GTR's are often more highly developed.
