Indeed it seems a lot of people are having issues with coil packs. The guy I'm buying my new car from says he just sold another R32 which needed some coil packs replaced and my new car I'm buying he says will need a few replaced which he is taking care of. Is there some way of preventing this stuff happening cause it seems to happen a lot?

neo32: I am considering buying an S13 silvia with RB20DET conversion, however they haven't wired up the tacho properly and are having probs getting it to work. Do you know if the R32 GTS-T instrument cluster would fit into the S13 dash? It should wire up properly too? Also how many klms on it? I'm in Brisbane so could pick up

Hey all, can anyone recommend a workshop with good knowledge of R32's/GTS4's on Brisbane's west side? Ie. Indooroopilly, Jindalee, Oxley, 17 mile rocks, etc. I'm really keen on buying this R32 GTS4 but its uncomplianced and I want to get it inspected first to make sure there is nothing wrong with the car. Your advice is well appreciated! Cheers

Hey mate, how much for the GTR cluster and how many klms is on it? Is it in good condition and would it work in a R32 GTS4? Also wanted to know if you have the GTS4 gearbox? Mine has crunches when I change down from 5th to 4th, so dunno if its a screwed synchro or what. Please let me know cheers

If this is the case, could someone please recommend me a workshop to do the 15 y.o compliance on the car and how much would it cost me? Need this info before I possibly go ahead with the purchase.
