  1. Hah! I've owned R32's since 2002 and didn't even know that they had them. Nice! Thanks for the part numbers too!
  2. Nice, what did you decide to get?
  3. They won't, problem is you still need a steering wheel with a padded centre. (well in Vic you do) Think about getting your current steering wheel fixed up? These cars are as old as the pyramids now and safety features like airbags are a god send for a street car.
  4. What's wrong with your current intercooler piping and exhaust?
  5. Lol You don't have to be racing a car to have a reason to put correct size rims/tyres on a car. You just need to want to not turn a car that handles very well into one that doesn't. (and potentially get a defect in the process) 18x9.5 +22 all round is considered a GTR size but post up your results as it'll be interesting to see how it turns out.

  7. I've got a few bits from them including the leather handle (they accidentally sent it to me when I ordered some other pieces). It's not bad, nice tight fit. Superior Auto Creative stuff is pretty good but I didn't feel like having a carbon fibre look handle. They have a few interesting bits including a full R32 leather dash cover now.
  8. Yeah, I believe it was. Apparently made a nice proper mess in the workshop when it popped too. Yeah I thought as much. I'll keep an eye on it, come time.
  9. Interesting that two people have a similar issue. RPM took the HICAS completely out of my car, including all lines etc. A long hose to give it a bit more fluid capacity was added initially but it had to be taken out as it would pull itself off the clamps on load. Admittedly i've only done one Deca and one Hill Climb so far but I haven't noticed anything weird with the steering becoming harder under load. (Standard diffs so far)
  10. There is a breather on top of the diffs. They sometimes start leaking. Do a quick search they should have been discussed before.
  11. Let us know what you find! Tis annoying me too.
  12. I think some heavy duty degreaser with some kind of hot wash was used on mine that resulted in the blue from the bottom of my factory VIN number being damaged. I've seen this once in a while in engine bay shots when ppl sell cars.
  13. My one was damaged due to degreaser.
  14. It was written on one of the comments on FB but they may have since removed it- $6-700 installed. They need your car to be able to make and fit it.
  15. Thanks mate. Have decided to concentrate on the cosmetics over the next few months as the mechanical package inc brakes, handling etc is pretty good now, just needs some minor tweaking. As far as cost goes : I had a spreadsheet somewhere but I've stopped looking at it a while ago. They were a car that cost around the 100k mark when new so I dare say the average GTR build on here would hover around that number more or less too? Folks on here - Feel to correct me but that's been my observation so far
  16. rhdjapan.com have all 3 carbon parts in stock. They're made by a company called "Superior Auto Creative", not cheap but they're worth it. Ants has a Nismo GT Urethane gear knob
  17. CORRECTION - These are only for R32/33
  18. These are taking up too much space $60
  19. Being a R32 it depends what scheme the car was originally brought in under. If it was brought in under the 15 year rule then it won't have an invoice for "compliance" maybe one for the original engineers certificate thats needed for road reg. The import approval document will come in handy for 15 year old rule cars if the car is moved from state to state.
  20. Hey mate, was good to meet you and have a chat. Awesome 34R. I may get in touch with them and see how much they are. The 34R steering wheel they do is awesome. Wonder if it'll fit a 32?
